PSL 5: Karachi Kings foreign players arrive in Pakistan

PSL 5: The international cricket stars renowned by Karachi Kings have started arriving in Pakistan to play the fifth edition of Pakistan Super League that is to be entirely held in Pakistan this time.

The one of England’s opponent bowling lin-up destroyer batsman, Alex Hales, the Kiwi speedster Mitchell McClenaghan, explosive West Indies’ opening batsman Chadwick Walton and the hard hitter of the ball, Cameron Delport from South Africa have arrived at Karachi to participate for their franchise, Karachi Kings.

The T20I stars shared a video of their excitement and joy. “Hi guys, Mitchell McClenaghan here, In Karachi now so really looking forward to kick-off the PSL, can’t wait to see all Karachi Kings’ fans out there supporting the team,” McClenaghan said.

A day prior, Islamabad United former coach, Dean Jones who has joint Karachi Kings as head coach for PSL 5 has also arrived in Pakistan.

The PSL 5 is to kick-off its first match by 20th February followed by an opening ceremony. However, Karachi Kings will be playing their 1st match against Peshawar Zalmi on 21st February under the captaincy of Imad Wasim with new strategic plans by Dean Jones to challenge the trophy.
