ICC has announced the latest T20I batsmen rankings on Monday and two Indian classic batsmen, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli have remained the part of the table.

Although the positions of both batsmen have been changed in which Virat Kohli has stepped down to the 10th spot and KL Rahul stepping up to the second spot.

India have departed New Zealand in the three-match T20I series brutally and got dominance over them as the performance of KL Rahul has been worthy for the Indian side which has awarded him the second spot on the latest ICC T20I rankings, just a spot behind Babar Azam.

Pakistan’s master of cover drives and the only consistent batsman in all the three formats of the game in the Pakistani batting line-up, Babar Azam has retained his badge of the first position, being 56 points ahead of India’s KL Rahul who is with 823 points.

However, Indian vice-skipper, Rohit Sharma has failed to make it into the ranking table as he has secured 11th rank with 662 points.

Virat Kohli, who has been taken over by Eoin Morgan, who is at present England’s skipper, in a recently held T20I series against South Africa. Morgan amalgamated a total of 136 runs in three T20Is replacing Kohli on the ninth spot.

It is to be noted that Virat Kohli and the co failed to perform awfully in the ODI series held after T20Is and New Zealand got dominance over India by a white-wash with 0-5.
