Sam Curran, the all-rounder from England, is eagerly waiting to play under MS Dhoni’s captaincy in IPL. Sam Curran, who made his IPL debut in 2019 for Kings XI Punjab, considers Dhoni as his idol.
Sam is all set to switch his franchise from Kings XI Punjab to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to play under Dhoni’s leadership and to make his first debut as CSK’s player.
“I was very excited to move to different franchises. Chennai is a great franchise with all the big names and I can’t wait to play under MS Dhoni,” said Curran in a conference call with reporters.
However, Sam did acknowledge the fact that unfortunately, IPL might get canceled and he might miss a chance this year to switch from KXIP to CSK.
