Pakistan‘s uncapped wicket-keeping batsman, Rohail Nazir, has praised Sarfaraz Ahmed and reveals that he is learning from him in the sessions.

Rohail has applauded Sarfaraz for sharing useful keeping tricks with him along with training him for longer stretches and recovering to normal after that.

“Sarfaraz Bhai asked me himself to take part in a session alongside him. He shared some tips on how to do longer stretches of keeping for around 4 to 5 days while explaining how a player recovers from it. He also told about the demands of competitive level,” he said.

While discussing Babar Azam, Rohail said that he is sharing the dressing room with him at Derbyshire which is letting him speak most of the time on batting skills. He has also termed the master of cover drives as the world’s best batsman.

“I saw Babar bhai batting in the nets as he is one of the best players in the world right now. I always wanted to see his equipment, bat as we are in the same dressing room. I talked to him about the batting and I am learning a lot,” he added.

30 Aug – 2nd T20I, Old Trafford

1 Sep – 3rd T20I, Old Trafford

The sides will be featuring in three test matches that are to be played at Old Trafford, Ageas Bowl, and Ageas Bowl respectively, whereas, the three T20Is will be played at Old Trafford.

It has been decided that the series will be resumed behind closed doors to avoid spreading of the Coronavirus, however, players, in a bio-secure environment, are practicing either warm-up sessions in nets or practicing matches along with the respective management.
