The Indian Premier League (IPL) is to be played behind closed doors as Coronavirus threats are out breaking globally to avoid dilemmas.

An official of IPL revealed recently according to the reliable sources that IPL will be restricted to boundaries before the audience so the threats can be avoided.

“We are keen to start the IPL on time even if it means without crowds,” a senior BCCI official told.

The cricket authorities in India are set to meet on Saturday to discuss about continuation of IPL from 29th March despite threats.

IPL this year could be limited to Televisions only to avoid any ups and down due to globally spread Coronavirus and to save people’s health.

“It could be TV-only as it is a medical emergency and we can do nothing about that.”
