KL Rahul scored 54 runs from 36 deliveries before getting stumped. Shikhar Dhawan added 52 runs on the board from 36 balls before getting caught by Danushka Gunathilaka at deep midwicket on Lakshan Sandakan’s delivery.
Manish Pandey scored 31 runs from 18 balls. India’s skipper Virat Kohli came to bat at no. 6 and scored 26 runs from 17 balls. Shardul Thakur remained unbeaten with 22 runs from 8 deliveries after he struck a four and 2 sixes to make sure that India crosses 200 runs.
