Ellyse Perry, the Australian all-rounder, and her husband, Matt Toomua, have decided to separate their ways after they have been involved in their marriage for the five years. The departed couple tied the knots back in December 2015. There were speculations from the initial 2020 that they are going to depart their ways but the folks were declared as rumors by the couple hence, denied earlier.
As of now, they have revealed the things weren’t excellent since the beginning of the year and they have chosen to made the final decision working in the kind favor of the duo.

Perry was spotted without her ring when she received Belinda Clark Award in Australian Cricket Awards. Later, this created fuming speculation which has now resulted in the separation.
“It’s with the greatest of respect for one another that we decided to separate earlier this year,” the statement read.
“We felt this was the right course of action and is in the best interests of each other and our current lives. This is something that has evolved and is a mutual decision. Throughout our relationship, we have remained private and we ask that our space and privacy continue to be respected during this difficult time for both of us.” it added further.
Professionally, both of them have been doing good so far as Matt was spotted playing on Friday night as he is a rugby player. Whereas, Perry, who has also been featured in the captaincy of Women’s Cricket Team, played her last game during the T20 World Cup February-March. The all-rounder couldn’t play final amidst her injury but the side defeated India in the game, winning the title for her and nation.
