The Cricket South Africa (CSA), Cricket Australia (CA), and New Zealand Cricket (NZC) will be providing NO Objection Certificate (NOCs) to their players participating in the thirteenth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

New Zealand have left it to their players if they wanna join the league amidst the pandemic or not.
“Yes, NZC will be issuing NOCs for New Zealand players participating in the IPL,” Boock confirmed to ANI via e-mail. We leave it up to the players to decide whether or not they want to participate and request NOCs,” he added.
Australia revealed that they will definitely be granting NOCs to their players once BCCI confirms IPL formally.
“Should the tournament be confirmed, Cricket Australia would then make its considerations accordingly.”
“Cricket South Africa will definitely provide players with the NOCs for the Indian Premier League,” CSA media manager Koketso Gaofetoge said as quoted by Times Now.
Proteas players participating in IPL this year are AB de Villiers (RCB), Chris Morris (RCB), Dale Steyn (RCB), Quinton de Kock (Mumbai Indians), Faf du Plessis (CSK), Imran Tahir (CSK), Lungi Ngidi (CSK), Kagiso Rabada (Delhi Capitals), Hardus Viljoen (Kings XI Punjab), and David Miller (Rajasthan Royals).
Aussie players playing in IPL this year are Aaron Finch (RCB), Josh Philippe (RCB), Kane Richardson (RCB), Chris Lynn (Mumbai Indians), Nathan Coulter-Nile (Mumbai Indians), Josh Hazelwood (CSK), Shane Watson (CSK), Alex Carey (Delhi Capitals), Marcus Stoinis (Delhi Capitals), Glenn Maxwell (Kings XI Punjab), Pat Cummins (KKR), Chris Green (KKR), Steve Smith (Rajasthan Royals), and Andrew Tye (Rajasthan Royals).
Kiwis players playing IPL this year are Kane Williamson (SunRisers Hyderabad), Trent Boult (Mumbai Indians), Mitchell McClenaghan (Mumbai Indians), Jimmy Neesham (Kings XI Punjab), Lockie Ferguson (Kolkata Knight Riders), and Mitchell Santner (Chennai Super Kings).
