Saleem Malik warns everyone who calls him a culprit
“I am warning all those who take my name in the fixing scandal,”
“This is because I have been acquitted by the courts.”
“You can take the names of all those who did not go to court but I have been doing so for the past eight years so that I could get my name cleared from the scandal.”
Saleem was handed over a life-time ban in 2000 and was kicked out of the national squad on Justice Qayyum’s inquiry. He has reminded the board of his valuable services and contributions to Pakistan Cricket and has urged to take him again giving another opportunity.
Earlier, he also has demanded a second chance by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to serve Pakistan once again either as a coach of any captaincy. He pointed out M. Amir and Sharjeel Khan who as well got banned but have gotten the second opportunity to play for Pakistan.
