Last year’s PSL winners, Quetta Gladiators’ owner, Nadeem Omer have put his faith in former skipper of national team, Sarfaraz Ahmad, and has declared him as captain of Quetta Gladiators permanently until he will be playing for the franchise.
Nadeem Omar was spotted at a media talk where he denounced to retain Sarfaraz as captain of Quetta Gladiators as long as he plays. Despite of this, he expressed sorrows because Quetta Gladiators won’t be able to play a single match of PSL 5 at their own city due to the freezing weather of Quetta.
“As long as Sarfaraz Ahmed keeps on playing cricket, he will remain our captain,” Omar was quoted as saying by Daily Jang.
“There are no ambiguities regarding his leadership abilities.”
Sarfaraz, the former skipper of Pakistan national team have featured himself into several PSL editions as the captain and has challenge the trophy in PSL 4 with his classy leading techniques. He ended up bringing trophy for Quetta Gladiators for the first time to Quetta under the ownership of Nadeem Omar.

Quetta Gladiators are all set this time as well to rock the ground as they consist of the destructive squad.

However, Quetta Gladiators are to play their first match against two times PSL winners, Islamabad United, on February 20th, 2020 at National Stadium, Karachi followed by a ground and hearts shaking opening ceremony.
