Dean Jones who used to play for Australia Cricket Team formerly has earned his title as a professor of cricket collaborating in many T20 leagues around the world and working with them on a larger scale.
Recently, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has denounced the renewed central contracts for 2020-2021 which don’t include experienced fas bowlers, M. Amir, and Wahab Riaz in it. Unfortunately, Hassan Ali has also been removed from the contracts list.
On the other hand, the experienced pacers, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz have lost their contracts while Hasan Ali has also been dropped off from his contracts.
Dean Jones surprised on Amir, Wahab, Hassan’s exclusion
Dean Jones has presented his shock form after listening to the news. “With 2 x T20 World Cups in a short time? Bizarre!” Dean Jones tweeted.

Amir and Wahab took early retirement from the test cricket to focus more on the shorter format of the game. This move has disappointed the management and cricketing figures. However, Hassan could not play a large part in the game as he was injured and couldn’t contribute.
“The selectors have made the tough decisions to leave out Amir, Hasan, and Wahab but considering Hasan missed most of the season due to an injury and Amir and Wahab decided to focus on white-ball cricket, this was the right move,” PCB’s offcial in a statement released by the PCB.
“Amir and Wahab are senior and experienced bowlers and they remain in contention as we believe they can still contribute to the Pakistan men’s cricket team and also mentor our young battery of fast bowlers,” he added.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has chosen Babar Azam as the skipper of One-Day International (format) along with the twenty-twenty International (T20I) format. Previously, when Sarfaraz Ahmed was sacked off from captaincy of all three formats, Babar Azam was chosen as the skipper of T20Is whereas, Azhar Ali was appointed as the test skipper, however, the decision to choose ODI captain was left vacant.
When Azhar Ali became the test captain, he led the side in five matches at first in which, three matches got drew while the team won the rest of the two. For this reason, PCB have chosen him for the category “A”. Surprisingly, there are only three players in the newly released centrally contracted list of the players; Babar Azam, Azhar Ali, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
