Moreover, Pakistan’s sponsorless playing kit against England is ready to put Shahid Afridi Foundation’s logo on it.
Recently, the contracts with the past sponsored companies have been expired amidst the low budgeting. It could have been awkward staying sponsorless and gets featuring into a match series.
Khalid Mehmood, the former chairman of PCB although suggested putting the Black Lives Matter logo on the kit, but no response was given by PCB. Later, Saj Sadiq of Pak Passion suggested that either Edhi’s or Shahid Afridi Foundation’s logo shall be used on the playing Pakistan kits for Pak vs Eng series.
In reply to his tweet, Afridi thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the collaborations. His foundation is now the charity foundation for PCB.
It has been decided that the series will be resumed behind closed doors to avoid spreading of the Coronavirus, however, players, in a bio-secure environment, are practicing either warm-up sessions in nets or practicing matches along with the respective management.
The sides will be featuring in three test matches that are to be played at Old Trafford, Ageas Bowl, and Ageas Bowl respectively, whereas, the three T20Is will be played at Old Trafford.
