Alan Wilkins, the famous cricket commentator, believes Pakistan’s Babar Azam can make into the top five batsmen and he has such ability lying in him.
Wilkins discussed when people talk about Virat Kohli, Kane Williamson, Joe Root, and Steve Smith as fab four, there is no reason that Babar cannot get his way towards the famous five.

“Azam has got the eye and mental architecture to work out how to bat for a long time. He just now needs to get out there and bat for a long time. He knows what to do and has every shot in the book,” he said.
“You talk about Smith, Kohli, Williamson, and Root as fab four. There is no reason that Azam could not make it the famous five. He has got the talent, technique, and determination.”
Alan Wilkins believes that within a year or two, Babar Azam will be reached to an ultimately scrutinized corresponding stage. Maintaining further, the commentator enjoys watching Azam’s cricket and has termed his cricket with panache, style, and elegance.
“I think the next two years for Azam is when he will be scrutinized. He has got to do it on the big stage,” he said.
“He is beautiful to watch. If you want to watch cricket played with panache, style and elegance then Azam is right up there.”
