West Indies batsman Shai Hope, and his sibling Kyle Hope have been managed out of the forthcoming Super50 Cup subsequent to testing positive for Covid.
Cricket West Indies (CWI) reported the arrival of provincial 50-over cricket to the Caribbean with the installations for the rescheduled Super50 Cup to be played in Antigua in February.
“The outcomes were delivered following the previously finished trial of the Barbados Pride crew and the executives on Sunday. Shai and Kyle Hope will be put in confinement as per Government of Barbados conventions,” an assertion from Barbados Cricket Association read.

The pair has been supplanted in the 15-man crew by wicket-attendant/batsman Tevyn Walcott and top-request batsman Zachary McCaskie. Both are to quickly go through the necessary testing and conventions.
The current year’s yearly Super50 Cup will give a stage to the area’s six significant cricketing adversaries to conflict in nineteen 50-over matches beginning from February 7 when Leeward Islands Hurricanes have the Windward Islands Volcanoes. The Barbados crew is planned to leave for Antigua on Sunday.
Each group will play each other on a cooperative premise with the best four groups fitting the bill for the semi-finals and the chance to arrive at the last. The competition finals will be played on February 27.
The Super50 Cup is the marquee 50-over occasion in the West Indies highlighting the six long-standing regional opponents – Barbados Pride, Guyana Jaguars, Jamaica Scorpions, Leeward Islands Hurricanes, Trinidad and Tobago Red Force, and the Windward Islands Volcanoes.
