The reliable reports have hinted at an extension in the contract of the CEO of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Wasim Khan, so he can uplift his duties promoting cricket in Pakistan with grace.
The conversations between the board and the chief are already going on and will be officially posted in the due course. As of now, Wasim has a three-year contract that is to be expired by February 2022. The board will have to make a decision a year before his contracts’ expiry to extend the duration.
Wasim Khan to get two-year expansion in his contract by PCB
In December 2018, he was elected as the managing officer of the national board and took the office place later. He has done his job with the entire nationalism serving Pakistan cricket with the best.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Cricket Team is to get featured in a three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe that is starting from 30th October. The series will be followed by a three-match T20I series that is to be played at Gadaffi Stadium, Lahore.
