The PCB announces Pakistan squad for first ODI against ZimbabweThe Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the Pakistan squad ahead of the first ODI to be played against Zimbabwe on 30th October at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The squad is composed of fifteen players dug out from the preliminary twenty-two member panel.

Notably, the PCB has left behind Haider Ali, Abdullah Shafiq, and Mohammad Hafeez. Haider, who impressed the masses making his T20I fifty on debut against England was expected to be in the final squad. Along with him, Shafiq’s performances in the recently concluded National T20 Cup were incredible. There are hopes that the cut of players might be featuring in a three-match T20I series later.
