Bermuda won the toss and decided to bat first. Bermuda sent wicketkeeper-batsman Okera Bascome and Terryn Fray to bat first against Singapore. Wicketkeeper-batsman Okera Bascome was the first one to go down after scoring 4 runs off 14 balls. Bermuda’s captain Dion Stovell got run out by Sidhant Singh on a duck, while Delray Rawlins also scored just 1 run off 8 balls before losing his wicket to Sidhant.
Opener Terryn Fray scored 29 runs off 31 balls for 4 fours before being bowled by Vinoth Baskaran. Bermuda had lost 4 wickets in 48 runs, but Janeiro Tucker and Deunte Darrell took their team out of the trouble with their 55 run partnership. Deunte Darrell scored 18 runs off 18 balls before being bowled by Janak Prakash. Janak Prakash also took care of Onias Bascome and Kamau Leverock who scored 5 and 18 runs respectively.

Rohan Rangarajan got bowled by Malachi Jones after scoring 12 runs off 17 balls. Tim David contributed 15 runs off 20 balls, while Aritra Dutta scored 9 off 11.
