Pakistan‘s Babar Azam is looking forward to smashing a ton against England in a three-match T20I series. The player is known to be classical with some perfect knocks and scoring more with cover drive but he has never turned his double T20I figure into a triple.
In fact, no Pakistani other than Ahmed Shehzad has scored a T20I century. Babar, who has the highest T20I score of 97* against West Indies, was registered back in 2018 against West Indies at Karachi.
Babar eager to smash a ton against England: Will his dream come true?
“I always try to play as well as I can. It is one of my goals to score a century in T20Is and to be honest, my aim is to score one in this series,” Babar said.
“It’s disappointing that I couldn’t convert my starts into big scores but I will learn from these mistakes. I have analyzed those in order to get better in the forthcoming series,” he added.
