PSL 2020: Qualifier match KK vs MS, Predicted playing XI, team analysis

Analysis:

The 2020 season has been beneficial for Sultans as they have winded up on the first spot. Although the remaining matches are to be started in a few hours, the fate will be decided in the Qualifier round. The Maqsood-led side has won six out of ten matches as the other two were washed away with their season ending by a defeat against Lahore.

Analyzing from our predicted 11, nothing can be said about Lyth who is a test cricketer but he has inspired the watchers from 2017-present by having the most runs in T20 blast in 44 innings. Shan Masood, being the skipper, can entertain the watchers. Rossouw, and who can miss out Afridi, everyone will wait for his batting although he can get dominant on leg-spin depart as well on NSK pitch. Everyone has witnessed Khushdil’s batting as well against Zimbabwe. Their bowling match is much deadly as they have got Usman Qadir, Imran Tahir, Mohammad Irfan, and Sohail Tanvir – all of them are the frontline bowlers.

On the other hand, Karachi King’s grace is mostly brought by Babar Azam. Analyzing from our predicted 11, Sharjeel Khan, Alex Hales, and Chadwick can be aggressive in their respective depart to add some runs. Delport, Iftikhar, and Imad can stable their mid-over. Umaid Asif, Umer Khan, and Mohammad Amir’s bowling are known in PSL, and Imad himself can be an economic bowler.

We can say that on one hand, Sultans have the dominance in their bowling over Kings whereas, Kings have got the perfect batting line-up.
