OUT! Caught. James Pattinson to Ankit Rajpoot. Back of a length, outside off stump backing away driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to cover, by Sharma. Pattinson gets the final wicket. Rajpoot shuffles back and tries to go over the fielder covers, but couldn't connect it well. Rohit takes an easy catch. Pattinson gets his second wicket of the night. That's done and dusted. Mumbai won the match by 57 against Rajasthan. For RR Buttler was the lone scorer with 70, and there was no contribution from the rest of the batters, and that's the reason they suffered this loss. On behalf of MI, Bumrah picked up four wickets. Boult and Pattinson picked two wickets each and other bowlers were decent with their line and lengths. This victory is MI's first win since 2015. Suryakumar Yadav is adjudged as the player of the match. Join us for the tomorrows game live from this same venue. Until then, cheers.

Match Preview

The Rajasthan Royals were highly dominant in the first two games they played in Sharjah. However, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the team bagged big losses in their last two matches. Both the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) completely influenced these games and didn’t give RR a chance. For them, it is important to get a knack of these conditions sooner rather than later. Otherwise, they would be finding themselves in a tough spot right after the first half of the tournament.
