Kashif Bhatti has been tested positive for the COVID-19 meanwhile on England tour and as per medical advice, is isolated at Derbyshire.

When PCB earlier took the tests, he was tested positive but after clearing the rounds twice along with Haider Ali and Imran Khan, the player reached England, Worcestershire, on 8th July where the rest of the team was practicing.

Now, where the team is practicing in Derbyshire, the player has once again tested positive.

However, Haris Rauf will be able to produce his pace in the ground if he will be tested negative once again for COVID-19 as the player has cleared one round. He will be able to join the team after the medical supervision team will test him negatively in the second round.

Pakistan to play their first test on 5th August against England

5-9 Aug – 1st Test, Old Trafford

13-17 Aug – 2nd Test, Ageas Bowl

21-25 Aug – 3rd Test, Ageas Bowl

28 Aug – 1st T20I, Old Trafford

30 Aug – 2nd T20I, Old Trafford

1 Sep – 3rd T20I, Old Trafford

The sides will be featuring in three test matches that are to be played at Old Trafford, Ageas Bowl, and Ageas Bowl respectively, whereas, the three T20Is will be played at Old Trafford.

It has been decided that the series will be resumed behind closed doors to avoid spreading of the Coronavirus, however, players, in a bio-secure environment, are practicing either warm-up sessions in nets or practicing matches along with the respective management.

Earlier, it was decided that Pakistan will be playing their first test on 30th July but due to the Eng vs WI series and no time for rest, the tentative dates were revealed and the sides will be seen in action on the mentioned below dates.
