Pakistan Cricket members complete fifth COVID-19 test in New Zealand

Pakistan Cricket Members have completed COVID-19 testing in New Zealand, Christchurch. The health ministry of New Zealand will reveal the results tomorrow.

The Men in Green underwent their fifth test for day twelve swab testing. A total of 43 members were tested and the assistant coach, Shahid Aslam was stopped at Auckland for being COVID-19 positive. The coach completed his isolation period there.

The team is all set to depart for Queensland on 8th December. The team also includes the five members who were tested COVID-19 positive earlier. However, the left-handed test opener will complete his quarantine period.

Also, the New Zealand health management has denied granting practice permission to the Men in Green as they were supposed to start practicing on day 3 after testing.

The teams will be playing a three-match T20I series that is to be followed by a two-match Test series. The tour is to get started by 18th December.
